Delivery and Order TrackingWe deliver to any part of the UK mainland and our delivery charges are:
- England - £4.95
- Wales and Scotland - £7.95
- Free delivery on all orders over £100
Of course if you're not living in mainland Britain, we still want your business so we will quote delivery charges direct to you. Delivery Times
We will dispatch your order within 4 working days. If your item is not available at the time of order we will tell you how long we expect it to take.
Tracking your order
When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email and a parcel tracking number, together with the courier's website details and, as part of Domus' personal service, you will receive a phone call to confirm your order and payment details as well as delivery information. Returns Policy
You can return any item, as long as there is a valid reason, it is unused and in its original packaging, within 7 days from the delivery date. Please contact us if you are unsure of validity of reasons. Return package costs are at your expense. Please include a copy of the invoice, stating your reason for return. Returns should be sent to:
